9 year old German Shepherd cross Huntaway

We are trying to find a new home for our beautiful dog! Unfortunately we can no longer give her the attention and exercise she needs due to personal/health reasons.
She is a lovely 9 year old German Shepherd cross Huntaway and we have had her since she was a puppy. It hasn't been an easy decision to make but will be best for her!
She has been fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and recently wormed.

She is very playful with lots of energy and great around kids. She does not get along well with other dogs but once she gets to know them she's great (she never bites she just plays a bit rough).
She loves the beach and long walks!
4 years ago she sustained a knee injury from jumping up to catch a Frisbee, she can't play fetch anymore but walking, running and swimming is perfectly fine (she's had lots of physio).

We would love to find a home where we might still be able to visit her sometime.

An ideal home for her would be an active couple or family that enjoys walking or hiking. Someone who is able to give her lots of attention. She loves company but she's also totally fine if she's alone during the day. Very loyal and never runs away even if the gate is left open.
We will only give her to the right person; it has to be a good match.
