He is very protective of his friends and family. Parker plays really well with humans and animals he knows. Overprotective I had Parker meet a dog socializing expert who assured me he is not aggressive, just anxious and needs more time spent socializing him.
He IS a handsome boy and is constantly wagging his tail, ready to be taken to a park or beach. But his protective side, especially if he is with children, and he will protect them from any strangers. I have trained Parker on aspects of sitting, controlled walking on leash etc. Parker is a healthy boy with no known physical issues.
I live him to pieces and will happily look after him when yr on holiday.
His DNA stated mainly Huntley, but he does have some size to him, so a bit of great dane in there, and must be some greyhound as he is very fast.
Parker really will make a fantastic furry family member for the right family, and I will do my very best to make sure he goes to an ideal home.
He would absolutely love a lifestyle block. Again, a protective, alert watch dog. that is loyal. He has been loving being looked after by a friend and her 3 children, but being left at home is not good for him.
He's not destructive, never chewing shoes or furniture.
No, he loves and lives for his family interaction. If YOU think you may fit his needs, I promise you, he is worth coming to observe how he is. Don't expect him to be jumping all over you. He will make you earn his trust, but you can see his amazing nature with people he trusts.
